- India is a country where a terrorist kept in jail for 10-15 year when he was main accused of killing more then 100 Indian Citizens where as a gangster who killed 8 Police person and surrendered after that within 24 hours police killed and said that he was trying to run away by snatching police gun however accused was unable to walk properly.
- Now question is that if a person killed police he is criminal and when a police killed a accused criminal on the name of ancounter is justice.
- If same way of justice they have to use then what is the use of Law and constitution.
- Police should killed all terrorist and accused criminal who are in Jail...
- How a person has got dare to kill Police, it's why because big politicians and police person were supporting him and on the Dere of leaking their relation with that criminal any how police killed that accused...
- If police killed a surrendered criminal then why other criminal will surrender.
- Their should be CBI interrogation on Vikash Dubey ancounter.

Made in Bharat
I totally agree with the sentiment that make in India cannot be made effective immediately. We are dependent on foreign supplies,
but I have a three point agenda #three
Let's group our requirements in 3 categories -
Category 1
*Immediately replaceable* -
the products which are manufactured in India and are also of good quality. For example Tata motors, bajaj and Mahindra cars etc. is a suitable replacement for import substitute #tatamotors #goodquality #mahindra #indianproducts #bajaj #manufactured
Category 2
*Alternator available but poor quality or high cost*-
There are many cases where Indian products are poor in quality or high cost- think of choose to buy Indian products if the quality provided by Indian manufacturers are still acceptable or not making much losses to the product quality. If you can afford it.
Selective replacement #makeinindia
Category 3
*No alternate* - #capability #building
let us plan for developing internet technology in upcoming years and replace this product slowly. For example mobile technology AC manufacturing #indian #years #developing #quality

Lung transplants
Surgeons led by an Indian-origin doctor have given a new set of lungs to a young woman with severe lung damage from the coronavirus, a surgery believed to be the first of its kind in the US since the pandemic began.
Northwestern Medicine in Chicago said the recipient is the woman in her 20s who would not have survived without the transplant.
Ankit Bharat, chief of thoracic surgery and surgical director of Northwestern's lung transplant programme, said organ transplantation may become more frequent for victims of the most severe forms of COVID-19.
"This is one of the toughest transplants I've done," he said. "This was truly one of the most challenging cases." Meerut-born Bharat said.
"I certainly expect some of these patients will have such severe lung injury that they will not be able to carry on without transplant," said Dr. Bharat.
"This could serve as a lifesaving intervention," the paper quoted him as saying.
The patient, who has not been publicly identified, was on immunosuppressant medication for a previous condition when she contracted the coronavirus, he said. Perhaps for that reason, the virus devastated her lungs, leaving physicians few options, it said.
Companies that are still hiring.
I have several recommendations for job seekers during this difficult time:
1. Be clear about your goal
2. Identify your strengths and skills
3. Target jobs based on your knowledge
4. Treat the hunt like a project
5. Apply for a large quantity of roles
6. Update your resume, but don’t rely on it!
7. Get on the phone and talk to companies
8. Be the one to ask them questions
9. Showcase your understanding
10. Master the application process
There is no hiding the fact that today’s hiring landscape is significantly more challenging than it was at the start of the year. However, there are a number of companies that are still hiring. Use your intuition at every stage of your job hunt, and you may be rewarded.
antiviral drug #Favipiravir
New antiviral drug #Favipiravir is launched with brand name FabiFlu from Glenmark for the treatment of mild to moderate Covid-19 patients.
A pack of 34 tablets of FabiFlu has been priced at Rs 3,500 (Rs 103 per tablet). The dosage is 200 mg X 9 tablets on day one and 200 mg X 4 tablets a day for 14 days of the treatment.
India’s Drug Regulator on Saturday gave permission to Hetero and Cipla to manufacture and market antiviral drug #Remdesivir for “restricted emergency use” on hospitalised COVID-19 patients.
Cipla and Hetero Labs have already entered into non-exclusive licensing agreements with US pharma giant Gilead Sciences, which is the patent holder of the drug remdesivir. It’s administered in the form of injection, should be given at a dose of 200 mg on day one followed by 100 mg daily for 5 days.
Written informed consent of each patient is required before the use of remdesivir.
hide other's weaknesses & bring their virtues to light
A king with a defect in one eye & one leg asked all the painters to draw his beautiful portrait but no one was ready to draw, as how to show him beautiful with defects in one eye and a leg? One painter however agreed and drew a classic one. It was such a fantastic picture that every one was surprised.
He painted the king aiming for a hunt, targeting with one eye closed and a leg bent for it.
Moral - Why can't we all paint others like this, hiding their weaknesses & highlighting their strengths?
May we too be blessed with wisdom to be able to hide other's weaknesses & bring their virtues to light
